Yes, it really is! 0% until 1/31/25. Then the rate is prime until 8/31/25, after that prime -1 until 1/15/26
Yes, after approval there is a $200 annual charge that will be automatically added to the loan. If you don’t qualify for the loan, you won’t be charge anything.
